Nace en Salamanca en 1970. En 1993 obtiene el título de licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad de Salamanca (USAL), con el último curso cursado en la Universidad de Siena (Italia) como becario Erasmus. Tras cursar en el King's College de la University of London un máster en Derecho y Nuevas Tecnologías, se incorpora a la multinacional norteamericana de telecomunicaciones VIATEL como director de Desarrollo de Negocio para España y Portugal. Tras varios años en VIATEL, pasa a ser vicepresidente de la compañía de seguridad informática, Cyberguardian. Desde 2002 hasta 2008 es socio-fundador y director de Desarrollo de Negocio de ESA Security, empresa especializada en seguridad de la información. En 2008 pasa a llevar responsabilidades de Desarrollo de Negocio en Grupo Écija y sus empresas Buguroo y BlueSOC. En 2012 se incorpora a Deloitte en el área de ciberseguridad en la que actualmente es socio.

You will also define what leadership means to you and connect with the leader already within you. Through the "Situational Leadership Model" you will learn about your natural leadership tendencies, and how to adjust your leadership style to fit each team member's needs.
