Nace en Tarragona en 1964. Es máster en Medición Psicológica (1991) y máster en Estadística Matemática (1994) por la University of Illinois (UIUC), doctor en Psicología por la Universitat de Barcelona (1991) y doctor en Psicología Cuantitativa por la UIUC (1997). Es profesor del Departamento de Psicología de la UIUC (1990-1994), del Departamento de Estadística de la Universidad Carlos III (UC3M, 1995-1997), y visiting research scholar en el Departamento de Marketing en la University of Michigan (1998). Desde 1997 es profesor titular de Psicología en la UB, y desde el año 2002 es profesor adjunto en el Departamento de Marketing del Instituto de Empresa Business School. Recibe el Distinguished Dissertation Award de la American Psychological Association, la Distinción de la Generalitat de Catalunya para la Promoción de la Investigación Universitaria y el Cattell Award de la Society of Multivariate Experimental Psychology. Sus trabajos son publicados en revistas como el "Journal of the American Statistical Association", "Psychometrika" o "Psychological Methods".

The goal of the session is to develop your own self-awareness to feel more empowered and secure as a leader. You will also define what leadership means to you and connect with the leader already within you. Through the "Situational Leadership Model" you will learn about your natural leadership tendencies, and how to adjust your leadership style to fit each team member's needs.
