Licenciado en Filología Clásica por la Universidad de Salamanca en 1991 y doctor of Philosophy por la Universidad de Oxford (Reino Unido) en 1998, en la disciplina de Papirología Griega. Entre 1999 y 2000 trabaja como miembro de la Faculty of Literae Humaniores de dicha universidad en el proyecto "The Oxyrhynchus Papyri", al mismo tiempo que asume responsabilidades de docencia. Durante 2001-2002 es becario de la Fundación Alexander von Humboldt, en el Institut für Papyrologie de la Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, y en 2003 se incorpora a la Katholieke Universiteit Leuven como personal docente e investigador del Departement Klassieke Studies. Desde 2004 es personal investigador del Departament d'Humanitats de la Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Programa Ramón y Cajal), donde también desarrolla su labor docente. Es conservador de la colección papirológica Palau Ribes, ubicada en el Archivo Histórico de los Jesuitas en Cataluña.

The goal of the session is to develop your own self-awareness to feel more empowered and secure as a leader. You will also define what leadership means to you and connect with the leader already within you. Through the "Situational Leadership Model" you will learn about your natural leadership tendencies, and how to adjust your leadership style to fit each team member's needs.
