Nace en Buenos Aires (Argentina) en 1976. En 2002 obtiene el título de arquitecto por la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (ETSAM), con la calificación de sobresaliente en el proyecto de fin de carrera. Obtiene el 2º accésit en el Concurso PFC Pasajes-iGuzzini. En 2002 ejerce su actividad profesional en Londres, colaborando con Fletcher Priest Architects. En 2003 obtiene la beca de "la Caixa" para estudios en EE. UU. y se gradúa en la Universidad de Columbia (Nueva York), con un Master in Advanced Architectural Design. Se le conceden los premios Honour Award for Excellence in Design, William Kinne Travel Fellowship y Lucille Smyser Lowenfish Memorial Prize. Ejerce su actividad docente en la Universidad de Columbia, en los talleres de P. Parker (2004) y K. Rothstein (2005). En la actualidad es profesora asistente de proyectos (ETSAM) en la unidad docente de Gabriel Ruiz-Cabrero. Funda aybar.mateos.arquitectos en Londres junto con Juan José Mateos. Obtienen, entre otros, el primer premio del Concurso Veteco/COAM y el tercer premio del Concurso Parque de los Castillos. Su trabajo ha sido publicado en "Pasajes"y "Mesh Magazine".

The goal of the session is to develop your own self-awareness to feel more empowered and secure as a leader. You will also define what leadership means to you and connect with the leader already within you. Through the "Situational Leadership Model" you will learn about your natural leadership tendencies, and how to adjust your leadership style to fit each team member's needs.
