Doctor en Derecho, abogado y economista. Cursó estudios en Harvard (LLM, ITP, MPA) y en el MIT (MBA). Obtuvo el Primer Premio Nacional de Derecho del Gobierno español y fue nombrado Public Service Fellow de la Escuela de Gobierno de Harvard. Es profesor titulado de piano y saxofón, cinturón negro de taekwondo, tirador de arma corta y patinador en línea. En la actualidad, trabaja en el Banco Mundial como economista senior en el área de política fiscal y administración tributaria.
