Nace en Palma de Mallorca en 1970. En 1993 obtiene el título de licenciada en Psicología por la Universitat de Barcelona. En octubre del mismo año se incorpora al Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM) de París, donde realiza la formación de ergonomista de este centro universitario. Durante el curso 1994-95 obtiene un D.E.A. en Ergonomía, que imparte el CNAM junto con la Sorbonne de París. Entre 1995 y 1997 se especializa en Ergonomía Cognitiva en este centro.

The goal of the session is to develop your own self-awareness to feel more empowered and secure as a leader. You will also define what leadership means to you and connect with the leader already within you. Through the "Situational Leadership Model" you will learn about your natural leadership tendencies, and how to adjust your leadership style to fit each team member's needs.
