Guillem Rueda Oller

Guillem was born in Barcelona in 1996. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Technology Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, both from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2019. He was ranked first student in his class in Aerospace and third student in his class in Informatics. He completed a 6-month research stay at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory where he joined JPL's Telecommunications Architecture Group to do research on automated long-term scheduling of the Deep Space Network. Guillem is doing a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering at the Delft University of Technology. There, he specializes in spaceflight and space engineering. He is currently doing his TU Delft Master's thesis in spacecraft relative navigation, in collaboration with the University of Colorado Boulder. Soon, he will start a Ph.D. degree program in the United States thanks to the “la Caixa” fellowship. He will do doctoral research in the field of distributed space systems and focus on spacecraft formation flying.
