Premio Extraordinario de Licenciatura en Filosofía por la Universitat de Barcelona (1995). Se incorpora a la Universitat Internacional de Catalunya en 2001. En 2003, gracias a la beca LaCaixa-DAAD, se traslada a Múnich, donde comienza su tesis sobre los conceptos de opinión pública y esfera pública en la Alemania de entreguerras. Durante el curso 2004-2005 imparte clases como profesor visitante en el Institut für Kommunikationswissenschaft und Medienforschung de la LMU-München. En 2007 obtiene el doctorado europeo por la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Departament de Periodisme i CIències de la Comunicació). Desde 2015 es profesor titular (professor agregat) en la Facultad de Comunicación de la Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, donde ha sido decano (2009-2015) y vicedecano (2008-2009, 2015-2016).

Identifying my own leadership style
The goal of the session is to develop your own self-awareness to feel more empowered and secure as a leader. You will also define what leadership means to you and connect with the leader already within you. Through the "Situational Leadership Model" you will learn about your natural leadership tendencies, and how to adjust your leadership style to fit each team member's needs.
