Nace en Madrid en 1978. En 2001 obtiene el título de licenciada en Ciencias Políticas y Sociología, especialidad Sociología, por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, y el título de experta en Políticas Comparadas de Género de la Unión Europea. En 2000, en colaboración con Inés Alberdi y Pilar Escario, publica "Las mujeres jóvenes en España" y colabora en la edición digital del seminario "Las claves de la nueva sociedad", de la Escuela Contemporánea de Humanidades. En 2001, en colaboración con Inés Alberdi, publica el libro "Violencia doméstica. Informe sobre los malos tratos a mujeres en España". En otoño de 2001 se incorpora al programa de máster en Políticas Comparadas de la New York University. Conoce el inglés, el francés y el italiano.

Through the "Situational Leadership Model" you will learn about your natural leadership tendencies, and how to adjust your leadership style to fit each team member's needs.
