Nace en Burgos en 1970. Licenciada en Geografía e Historia, en la especialidad de Historia del Arte, por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM), realiza su tesis doctoral sobre el pintor Josep M Sert, obteniendo el titulo de doctor en la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid y en la Blaise Pascal de Clermont Ferrand. Es también diplomada en Museologia por la Escuela del Louvre de Paris. Investigadora, docente y comisaria de exposiciones, entre las que destaca la dedicada a JM Sert en el Petit Palais de Paris en 1912. Habla inglés y francés.
