Nace en Barcelona en 1959. En 1981 obtiene el título de ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos, especialidad de Transportes, Puertos y Urbanismo, por la ETSECCPB de la Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Es máster en Administración de Empresas por ESADE (1983). Completa su formación académica en el Massachusetts Institute of Technology, donde en 1988 se gradúa con un máster en Administración de Empresas, especialidad de Gestión Internacional. Durante cuatro años trabaja como jefe de Proyectos en una empresa de servicios de ingeniería de transporte (SET). En el periodo 1983-86 realiza simultáneamente actividades docentes en el Departamento de Organización y Política de Empresas de ESADE. En el año 1988 se incorpora a McKinsey & Company, y en la actualidad es socio de la oficina de Barcelona.

You will also define what leadership means to you and connect with the leader already within you. Through the "Situational Leadership Model" you will learn about your natural leadership tendencies, and how to adjust your leadership style to fit each team member's needs.
