Nace en Albacete en 1975. Realiza estudios en la Facultad de Derecho, donde obtiene la licenciatura en colaboración con la Universidad de La Rochelle. Obtiene la suficiencia investigadora para realizar una tesis doctoral en la Universitat de Barcelona. Tras realizar el curso de práctica jurídica, se colegia en el Ilmo. Colegio de Abogados en 2003. Actualmente trabaja en una Escuela Superior de Comercio en Burdeos (Francia).
