Hasta 2005: Andrew Mellon Fellow en el mismo museo y varios proyectos (restauración del "Edwin Smith Papyrus"). También trabaja para el Guggenheim Museum New York y la Hispanic Society of Americas. 2005-10: Directora de Restauración de Papel y Restauradora de Dibujos y Grabados, National Maritime Museum, Londres. Actualmente: Directora de Restauración de Papel y Libros, Bodleian Libraries, Oxford University. Ha dado varios cursos de restauración de papel y ha publicado su investigación sobre tintas litográficas.

The goal of the session is to develop your own self-awareness to feel more empowered and secure as a leader. You will also define what leadership means to you and connect with the leader already within you. Through the "Situational Leadership Model" you will learn about your natural leadership tendencies, and how to adjust your leadership style to fit each team member's needs.
