Actualmente es profesor de español y estudios latinoamericanos en la Universidad de Santa Clara (California, EE.UU.) Está especializado en novela y cine latinoamericano contemporáneos y su trabajo ha sido aceptado en revistas académicas en Estados Unidos y Reino Unido (Revista de Estudios Hispánicos, Chasqui, Mexican Studies, Hispanic Research Journal, entre otras). Ha trabajado en diversos proyectos de español como segunda lengua para las editoriales De Agostini, Cengage y Vista Higher Learning. Licenciado en Humanidades por la Universitat Pompeu Fabra, con Premio Extraordinario de Fin de Estudios. En 2000 se integró en el programa doctoral de Literatura Comparada de la Universidad de Harvard. Allí recibe los premios Potter y Villasante en literatura comparada y da clases en varios cursos de lengua española y literatura inglesa y norteamericana. Entre 2007 y 2012 fue profesor en Cal State University - San Marcos.

You will also define what leadership means to you and connect with the leader already within you. Through the "Situational Leadership Model" you will learn about your natural leadership tendencies, and how to adjust your leadership style to fit each team member's needs.
