Nace en Estella (Navarra) en 1978. En 2001 se licencia en Psicología por la Universidad de Salamanca (USAL), habiendo cursado el cuarto curso en la Universidad de Jyväskylä (Finlandia) como estudiante Erasmus. Realiza el quinto curso como becaria de colaboración en el Instituto de Integración en la Comunidad de la USAL. De 2001 a 2003 trabaja como psicóloga del Trabajo y las Organizaciones en el Instituto Navarro de Administración Pública (INAP) del Gobierno de Navarra. En 2005 termina el máster en Discapacidad y Desarrollo Humano por la Universidad de Illinois en Chicago (UIC) (EE. UU.) y en 2008 el Doctorado en Estudios de Discapacidad por la misma universidad. De 2009 a 2011 trabaja como investigadora post-doctoral Marie Curie en la University of Dublin, Trinity College, donde desde 2011 es profesora ayudante y dirige el Máster en Estudios de Discapacidad.

The goal of the session is to develop your own self-awareness to feel more empowered and secure as a leader. You will also define what leadership means to you and connect with the leader already within you. Through the "Situational Leadership Model" you will learn about your natural leadership tendencies, and how to adjust your leadership style to fit each team member's needs.
