Nace en Montevideo (Uruguay) en 1984. Cursa el último año en la Université Paris XI (Francia) y en 2008 obtiene el título de licenciada en Física por la Universitat de Barcelona (UB). En 2009 obtiene el título de Máster en Física Biomédica por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Ese mismo año se traslada a París para realizar cursos de posgrado y realizar estancias en dos laboratorios en el campo de la Neurociencia Cognitiva. Su proyecto de investigación, dirigido por el Dr. Antoni Valero Cabré, se centra en el estudio de las interacciones entre el sistema atencional y el sistema visual en humanos, utilizando técnicas de neuroestimulación y neuroimagen.
