Maddi es Fundadora y Managing Director de ClaimTrading desde 2011, firma líder en la financiación de litigios y arbitrajes internacionales. Maddi tuvo una larga trayectoria en la resolución de conflictos internacionales y ejerció la abogacía en Powell Goldstein, en la Dirección General de Relaciones Exteriores de la Comisión Europea (Oriente Medio) y fue Senior Legal Advisor en el fondo de inversiones (Omni Bridgeway).
Maddi se licenció en Derecho por la Universidad de Deusto, Máster en Derecho de la Unión Europea de la Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Máster en Política y Relaciones Internacionales de la Université Libre de Bruxelles y Máster en Derecho de Columbia University. Maddi domina el euskera, inglés y francés. En su tiempo libre le encanta hacer kitesurf y esquiar con su familia.
