Nace en Barcelona en 1981. En 2003 obtiene el título de licenciada en Ciencias Políticas y de la Administración por la Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona y recibe el Premio Extraordinario de la licenciatura. Durante el periodo 2004-05 realiza un máster en Política Comparada del Mundo Árabe y Musulmán en el Institut d'Études Politiques de Aix-en-Provence, Francia. Su trabajo de investigación, titulado "Le mouvement des diplômés chômeurs du Maroc: l’idéologisation comme source d’éclatement et de pérennisation d’un mouvement social", es reconocido con el Prix du Meilleur Mémoir en Politique Comparée de dicho establecimiento. Actualmente prosigue estudios de doctorado en codirección entre la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona y el Institut d’Études Politiques de Aix-en-Provence. Domina el inglés y el francés, y tiene conocimientos medios de árabe.

The goal of the session is to develop your own self-awareness to feel more empowered and secure as a leader. You will also define what leadership means to you and connect with the leader already within you. Through the "Situational Leadership Model" you will learn about your natural leadership tendencies, and how to adjust your leadership style to fit each team member's needs.
