Nace en Igualada (Barcelona) en 1985. En enero de 2008 obtiene el título de licenciado en Historia, especialidad en Historia Contemporánea, por la Universidad de Barcelona. En 2006 obtiene una beca Erasmus de un año, que cursa en la University of Sussex (Reino Unido). Durante su estancia, obtiene el Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE). Posteriormente, completa el Máster en Estudios Históricos de la Universidad de Barcelona (2009). En la actualidad está realizando su tesis doctoral en el Department of History and Civilization, European University Institute (Florencia).
