PhD cum laude in Law specialised in Art Law and Intellectual Property Law with a Diploma in Art Market Law from the CEU Cardenal Herrera University (2024) and an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Edinburgh (2016). Years of experience as researcher, professor, lecturer, manager and events organiser. Her research has focused on the protection and promotion of arts and culture, particularly on the topics of protection of artistic works, the limits of art and disruptive forms of creativity, from the perspective of copyright and industrial design law.
